Because we sell one-of-a-kind vintage and pre-loved items, we aim to ship orders quickly and safely so your special find reaches you as soon as possible.





Processing Times



Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.


This includes:

• quality checking

• folding/steaming

• protective packaging

• label creation


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


During busy periods (drops, sales, markets, live shows, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.





Domestic Shipping (Australia)



We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal carriers.


Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 2–6 business days

• Regional areas: 4–10 business days


Tracking is provided for all parcels.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight.





International Shipping



We ship worldwide 🌍


Delivery times vary by country:

• Standard: 7–21+ business days


Customers are responsible for:

• customs fees

• import taxes

• duties


Craving Retro is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.





Tracking



Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Incorrect Address



Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.


We are not responsible for:

• parcels sent to incorrect addresses

• returned-to-sender packages

• lost deliveries due to customer error


If a parcel is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.





Lost or Delayed Parcels



Once parcels are handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control.


If your parcel is delayed:


  1. Check tracking first
  2. Contact the courier
  3. Then contact us if further help is needed



We will always do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee carrier timelines.





Damaged Parcels



If your order arrives damaged:

• contact us within 48 hours

• include photos of the packaging and item


We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.





Combined Orders



If multiple items are purchased together, we may combine shipping into one parcel where possible to reduce waste and packaging.

We aim to use:

• protective packaging

• reusable or recyclable materials when possible

• minimal waste
