Welcome to Craving Retro. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Craving Retro is an independant vintage and second hand fashion store based in Melbourne, Australia. We specialise in curated vintage Y2K preloved clothing and accessories. Because our items are second hand, each piece is unique and may show natural signs of wear

 

2. Product Condition

All items are pre-loved or vintage unless otherwise stated.

This means:

• Minor wear, fading, or imperfections may be present

• Small flaws may not always be considered defects

• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screens

We carefully inspect and photograph all pieces and disclose any major flaws in listings.

By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of second-hand garments.

3. Sizing

Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing.

We provide:

• Label size (if available)

• Measured size

• Fit notes when possible

We strongly recommend checking measurements before purchasing.

We do not accept returns due to incorrect fit or change of mind.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice. Sale items are final.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• stock errors

• pricing errors

• suspected fraud

• unavailable items

If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by:

• postal delays

• peak seasons

• carrier issues

Craving Retro is not responsible for delays once parcels are handed to the courier.

Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, we generally do not offer returns for:

• change of mind

• fit issues

• minor wear consistent with age

Returns or refunds are only offered if:

• the wrong item is sent

• a major undisclosed fault exists

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with photos.

All decisions are at our discretion and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Authenticity

We aim to accurately describe all branded and designer items. Where applicable, authenticity is assessed to the best of our knowledge.

Craving Retro is not affiliated with any brands sold.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including photos, branding, logos, and text belongs to Craving Retro and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craving Retro is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss

• damage caused by misuse of products

• delays outside our control

11. Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders and provide service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.
